I was so overwhelmingly pleased with the work my team did. I had a new kitchen floor tile install. The team were friendly and OMIGOD they did such a fantastic job. Not only was the install perfect the clean-up was too. Not one shred up old tile or flooring was left behind. Molyneaux lives up to its name. Other companies can give you a song and a dance and maybe less expensive BUT Molyneaux live up to their name of perfection. I am one happy customer and suggest you try Molyneaux.i forgot to add that the sales reps who came to house several times were tremendously helpful! I called 2 other companies- Molyneaux was the only one that called me BEFORE the meeting and asked what I was looking for. Kudos to all that helped me!

Update: Molyneaux contacted me after I posted my review. They sent a field supervisor to my house who told me they would replace my floor. After three months of waiting, they told me I'd have to pay $4,000 in labor costs to replace the floor. I cannot believe how upsetting this has become. My floor is literally coming apart and getting worse every day. The field supervisor they sent to inspect the floor was very nice and told me the problem was that my floor is not level. He said a floating floor should not be installed on a surface that is not level, which according to him is contrary to what they thought at the time the flooring was installed. Basically, the purpose of the floating floor was supposedly to solve the issue of unlevel floors, and according to him, this was what the manufac

Molyneaux did an amazing job on the runner for our steps! Maggie and Joel were fantastic when they came over for our consultation. They went over all of the details and brought lots of samples for us to choose from. The quality of the carpet is top notch. The installation was so quick and they were able to accommodate my schedule. 2 men came for the installation and it took them under 2 hours to complete the job! We are extremely satisfied and will use Molynaux again in the future and have recommended them to our friends and family. We have received so many complements on our new carpet! Our dog loves it too!

Damon Watson, Jr worked hard to get me what I needed budget wise. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I met Tara Hankinson once at my daughter's house in Greensburg. Also, very friendly and easy to talk to. No hard pitch sales. Amanda scheduled my appointment and with Carol's help got me the rebate as promised. Ray and Ryan did the installation. Very hard working and personable young men. I've had the carpet for about 6 weeks now and am still very pleased with Molyneaux.

Recently needed carpet on three flights of steps in a row house. Debbie Neitsch came to our house within one day of requesting appointment. She called ahead to get a sense of what I was looking for- which made the process smooth and quick. We found affordable carpet that would work perfectly on the difficult steps. The installation crew was prompt, polite and considerate. They took extra care on the difficult stairs to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They also cleaned up nicely. We used Molyneaux for our primary residence, and now this additional property. Would absolutely use them again!
