Adopted the best boy anyone could ask for here over 5 years ago. Their volunteers do a great job updating the Facebook page to get engagement for these furry friends.

I got my second cat, Taco, at thIs shelter. Every now and again i let them know how she’s doing. The staff is always enthusiastic about the updates. Theyre very kind and caring and you can tell they really love the animals. It makes me really happy to know that, despite this shelter being very small, the animals here are all shown lots of love. Pictures of my now grown up happy baby as proof that healthy happy kitties come from this shelter.

Jessica and that other older guy Juan I believe is his name need to do better, they have no care in the world for the animals brought in. They do not want to shelter any cats even when they are endangered to get killed in the road or cause an accident. Very bad at their job and horrible attitude from both. This place deserves 0 stars

Bought a kitten in I found on the highway, and was told he was going to put the kitten down because of a POSSIBLE infection on the ear. Found the kitten a home the same day, the cat is healthy and never had to see the vet. If you don’t like your job there, find another one.

I took in a kitten that was just born which I found in my back yard. I called and had an appointment for today (8/26). Although the staff can not promise a successful outcome. The young man there gave his "transparency" speech that came across very harsh and concerning. It's a way to deliver the "transparency" speech but when it causing concern for the kitten it's disturbing. Please do better and stop making people like myself feel or think MCAS will dispose of the kitten. From the way he speaks that tone and harsh delivery is repeat behavior and need adjusting quickly.
