Excellent well trained staff. Dr.Rossi was great she took the time to hear all my concerns with my pet. The whole experience was great. 5 stars all the way.

I was able to get in same day, cost wasn't outrageous it was pretty average imo. Everything was very upfront and transparent. They gave itemized prices before anything was done, and any changes to that based on test results were shown to me itemized for approval as well. The tech and doctor were EXTREMELY patent with me. I had a ton of questions and I ramble. Despite being extra busy that day I never felt rushed or dismissed. It is such a low stress and calm environment that my dog was falling asleep in my arms.

Dr. Rossi is amazing. My baby is feeling way better and she answered all of my questions. I will be back.

The groomer was really nice but didn't do a good job on my pup. His hair seemed to be the same length as it was when I dropped him off. She said that he has bad anxiety but oddly enough this is the first time hearing of this, and I've been sending him to Petco for grooming nearly 2 years now. I'll be taking him back to the original location even through its 30 minutes away.

Great experience. Team is very helpful and polite. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that you all should speak to pet-owners in verbiage that we understand. All of the medical terminology made my head spin and left me leaving feeling like I still didn’t fully understand what illnesses my older dog may be facing if the prescribed medications do not work for what we initially went in for.
