I've been taking all our cats here for way over 4 years. Dr . Callahan and STAFF is the most thoughtful and caring veterinary I ever have known. Laurie is also the best tech. Will continue to go there as long as I have pets.

I will not be going to Mission Pet Clinic again. I was trying to find a vet for my puppy and thought I’d give them a shot since they were close to my house. Had to actually tell the vet that I wasn’t there to argue with her. She walked in and immediately said, “You are not going to like me. Here are some hard truths. Change his food and keep the clothes off of him.” Never met this woman before. No discussion about grain-free food. No questions about him. No mention of us waiting for 40 minutes. Just extreme judgement and a very combative attitude. She proceeded to mumble something about a heart murmur after listening to him briefly. When I asked more about that, she was argumentative. I finally was like, “We are leaving. Give me the documentation.” I’ll take him to a vet that has communic

y dog here three different times over the past 2 years. The vet has always said odd things but I have never taken offense to it. Today I took my dog in to get his skin checked as he has multiple wounds to his snout and face from a scorpion sting or who knows what, hense why I took my dog in to the vet. He has gotten hot spots in the past that have become infected and spread pretty quickly to where he has needed antibiotics to help heal his skin. Instead of addressing my concerns for my dog or really looking at him, she instead focused on me and told me how people could dismiss me because I come off “high stressed” and not take what I’m saying seriously. UPDATE - finally got an appointment here. ABSOLUTE HORROR SHOW. Filthy from the parking lot all the way inside. Everything is falling apart. Reeks of cat piss. The veterinarian had visibly bleeding wounds all over her arms and an infected hand. I went in for my dog’s eye condition, and she just started yelling at me about not feeding dogs grain free food because it will kill them. I can’t believe this place has any positive reviews at all. SO disgusting!! Looking for a vet in Southwest Tucson because I just moved, and this place had good reviews. Unfortunately they don’t answer their phone during business hours. They have a 1:15 outgoing message that is slow and provides no information about how to make an appointment whatsoever, then silence for 30 seconds and then it just rings intermin
