Mini Cat Town

I had an absolutely fantastic time! The cats are very friendly and social, they're clearly very well cared for. There were playful cats, affectionate cats, and everything in between. The space is clean and the seating is comfortable. The employees are super nice and know the cats really well. I've been to lots of cat cafes all over the country, and this is one of the best I've been to. We travel a lot and I like to hit up cat cafes when I'm missing my kitties. Definitely drop in if you're interested in adopting, or if you just need some kitty therapy. I'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

We had a very amazing experience at mini cat town. I don’t understand the complaints with the price as 200-500$ is average for cats. Including at humane society. I got my new cat Zinc for 200 and he’s been a delight. He’s only been home for a day and already showing signs of being an amazing family member. The adoption process is thorough but fair. I appreciate them ensuring you are well informed about everything and give you 100% vet history. The cat’s environment seems clean and healthy. My boy was a shy long stay and already coming out of his shell. I highly recommend this place for adoption and just enjoyable cat petting.

Great place to get to know the cats before adoption, smells fine, has easy to understand rules, clean, and the cats are friendly. Staff seems to know the cats very well which is always nice

I had a wonderful experience. I recently had a life event happen where I can't have any animals for a little bit of time. Searched for some cat lounges and this one came up. The people were very friendly and the cats of course were adorable. Very social, a very cool idea to have so you can see which cats reach out to you first and bond with before adopting. Or for someone like me who just wanted some kitty love. I definitely will go back.

This place made me sad. If you want to go to a place to play with and find a kitty to adopt I would recommend Morti's in the Petaluma Outlet Mall. The cats at Mini Cat town in the Santa Rosa mall seemed lethargic, traumatized, and overstimulated by human interaction. The workers/volunteers kept trying to get to and pet 2 cats who CLEARLY did NOT want any human interaction whatsoever and looked like, if pressed, would attack them. They were joking and continuing despite the body language of the cats. There is no space for the cats to go in this small room to be away from human interaction. They have no sanctuary. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am tempted to call the owner and tell them 90% of their volunteers are not treating the cats well and just using this place as a hang
