They are consistently friendly, extremely accessible, and very easy to communicate with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and the level of care they provide never feels rushed or impersonal. Called and got Alice in within 2 days for a quick allergy evaluation to refill her apoquel prescription (though it’s worth mentioning we are returning patients, not new). Thank god they were quickly available because the day before her appointment, this little lady had a choking episode. I got to talk it all out with veterinarian Diana Beltran and she was so sweet and kind to Alice. She answered every question I had despite us being there past closing time because we also ended up going over some other things that had nothing to do with the choking episode or with the allergies, just general concerns and doubts I had about my baby’s health. I recommend any veterinarian at this animal hospital, but especially Diana Beltran.

The entire staff is compassionate and understanding. They are extremely warm regarding the care of elderly pets and genuinely want to take care of your animals. I would recommend Mill Creek to anyone interested! There isn’t another facility that compares.

I have been going to Dr Church with pets for over 10 years. He is caring and explains everything. He also answers all questions. I like that he will call to followup on my pets care a few days later. Mill Creek is easy to get into when needed and the other Doctors I have been able to see when Dr Church was unavailable have been great to work with also.

Everyone was great, professional, good with my best friend. My last vet visit was with a completely different service and the whole encounter felt rushed, it had been a while since the last visit to this particular office but staff had completely changed and everything felt rushed, my questions were, to me, quickly written off as "it's my dog's breed", and the bill was nearly $1500 with nothing wrong with my friend. Mill Creek was actually kind of busy on my visit because it was a weekend, however we were seen in a timely fashion and taken care of and everything needed didn't break the bank. I am new to the area and glad that Mill Creek is close, convenient, knowledgeable, professional and not overpriced. I feel comfortable taking my best friend here and highly recommend them.
