I have nothing but good things to say about MVL! They do a wonderful job & their customer service is awesome. Every time I call in with a question or request a staff member answers the phone within a few rings and is polite & helpful. Their pricing is very reasonable and turn around times are prompt and consistent. I recommend supporting MVL over one of the large corporate labs any day. :)

As an owner of a small animal veterinary hospital in Northwest Arkansas I absolutely love this regional reference lab! Melanie the Director has been so incredibly helpful every time I reach out. I’ve been able to talk to their advising internal medicine veterinarian when needed. It isn’t as quick as picking up the phone with Idexx or Antech, but as long as it’s not a dire emergency, you still get the advice that you need.. The prices are extremely competitive and the turnaround time is quite reasonable. MVL is our primary reference lab that we use. Short of sending out specialized testing that they would not normally do in house 95+ percent of our samples go to Midwest.
