They were attentive with my nervous dog. They are great at working with her and trying to make her comfortable. They do good at explaining and giving information .She was worn out afterwards from her shots.

This a great place for a dog that need a gentle touch. I drive 40 minutes to take my dog there for his nails as local groomers won't work with a dog that needs a muzzle (he's not cool with others handling his feet). I could likely find a vet here in WDM but after establishing the rapport with Midland we'll make the drive every time.

Staff is great! I really appreciate that they try to have other critters out of the waiting room when you come in. Prices are fair as well. My only gripe is parking. It's street parking. If you park across the street it's a 15 minute limit. Luckily it's a small clinic.

Dr. Gordon and the rest of the staff were incredible when I brought in my sick hen. She was helpful, understanding, and comforting when the decision was made to humanely euthanize due to a tumor and I left feeling at peace. A wonderful exotics vet! I will absolutely drive the 45 minutes to see her again. They even sent me a card in the mail with my hen’s footprint and I thought that was so sweet 💜

I had an emergency with a kitten and they worked hard to work me in ASAP, if an opening happened. They were very good about calling back when they said they would and passing correct information to the vet The price was very reasonable and the vet and staff were super nice They're getting 5 stars because of reasonable prices and good communication. No complaints at all.
