LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! All of the staff is wonderful, but Jeff Lane is my sales rep. He has helped me choose flooring for our rental properties for years and has always been super kind and accessible. The place is always busy, but Jeff always takes time to help, and always, ALWAYS makes me feel like he appreciates my business. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE working with him. There are several carpet stores closer to our house/area, but for many, many years I have passed them all and headed straight to Michael's Carpet. Highly recommend this well maintained, well staffed, well stocked store!

A long drive that is absolutely worth it. They are further out from town, but 100% worth the trip and savings. A friendly, super helpful team on site reviewed remnant carpet rolls and new ones with me. I selected what was best for the need with my measurements. They sent someone out and remeasured ahead of time, actually found out it was less. Install happened shortly after in a single day for 4 bedrooms and the rest of the second floor. Looks great and the job was super clean! Much less than any other place I checked.

Huge place. Very attentive staff. Bought a nice small area rug. The problem was checking out. Took a while. But overall a favorable experience.
