I have a sick kitten and they were able to get us in same day. It was busy when we got there so it did take a little while to be seen but it seemed the patients they had needed some extra attention. When we did get pulled back, they asked questions, took my cat, brought him back, the vet came in explained some stuff, we got a plan together. They came back to get the cat to do more stuff and brought him back, they came in and explained the cost and this is what I paid. I did notice a lot of people kept asking the front desk questions that aren’t for her to answer so she had to keep going back to get the tech or vet. That causes longer wait times for others but that’s not their fault. We gotta give medicine before we left so that’s a plus that I don’t have to go pick it up later.

Racially profiling, lying, money hungry clinic. I paid 3 times in one day due to “other people” not paying their bills upon completion. Has this ever happened for me or my dogs…Never!? Staff blamed it on the veterinarian and the veterinarian blamed the “miscommunication “ on staff. Laughable. Read the notes they gave me and medical records that tried to paint me as an angry women. She said something to me and I said “ok, whatever” and hung up. As a medical profession I respect and treat others as I would want to be treated. Also I would wait until my dog was back in my custody first. Such liars. I will be reporting the miscommunication and misconduct unfortunately.

They have taken such good care of our rescue puppy, Huck. They'll be his doggie doctor for life 🐶🐾🐾🥰.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to speak with Jennifer at this clinic. For some odd reason this woman thinks she can speak to people with an unwarranted attitude and the people she's speaking to are just supposed to put up with it. My rescue organization has utilized vet offices across the entire country and I have never spoken to someone so ignorant and with so little professionalism. If they treat people the way I was spoken to, I don't imagine they care for the animals very well at all. None of the rescue animals I take out of GA will ever go here again even if the services with free.

Dr. Hogan is awesome!!! She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain. She cares for my dog and my dog loves her. The staff here is also wonderful. Thank you ladies for being awesome.
