What an amazing staff! You can tell they love what they’re doing. Went in to update my cats vaccines and get a plan for her overweight and I felt welcomed every second of it. Highly recommend them!

An overall welcoming, compassionate staff from the moment you walk in to when you see the Doctor! My rescue Lola, who is blind, isn’t swayed by treats and these lovely ladies gave my toy loving pup this Kong to play with and take home! Not only that but a bag of treats and a toy for her patiently waiting fur-brother! Truly above and beyond care, timely appointment scheduling, and a call-in day of urgent care appointments! So glad to make this place our new home for all our fur-baby needs! I mean look at this girl’s smile, it says it all! lol

The staff is pleasant, accommodating and Friendly. We saw Dr. A who spent the time necessary to explain all options for evaluation and treatment of our elderly Miniature Schnauzer. When we called for an appointment we were seen the very next day. For those who truly love and care about their pets well being Metrowest Veterinary is where you want to go. We have seen a number of vets but none have met these standards of care and excellence.
