Metro Carpet & Floors

Got my carpet installed today in my new home and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend Metro carpet and floors in Troy for any carpet!!

Ordered new tile flooring for a small foyer area. Guy came on Thursday to install but asked if he could come "first thing on Friday" because tile work wasn't his expertise and needed another guy who was the expert. That guy apparently had a family emergency. Of course, I said yes. Installer doesn't show up until noon on Friday and proceeds to demo the existing tile floor (unbeknownst to me) with absolutely no drop cloth or plastic barrier to protect my furniture in the two adjoining rooms open to the foyer. Literally, an inch of white dust on my artwork, antiques, furniture, and floors. When I discover this, the installer tells me that if he put a barrier up, he and his co-worker would be breathing in the dust; I asked him why Metro Carpet doesn't provide them with respirators, which is an

Metro Carpet & Floors did an excellent and professional job in both the selection and installation process of our office suite flooring. They have a tremendous selection in their show room and provided our carpeting and luxury vinyl. I truly appreciated working with "Mr. MO!" He allowed us to take sample boards and always responded to my calls and texts. I have no problem giving them a 5-star rating!

We had Mousa install our hardwood floors and he had a lot to work with. The floors were very uneven and he did the best he could and leveled the floors and they look wonderful. Very professional and communicated all the time with us with videos and texts. Definitely would use them again. Dom was great to work with so easy and he knew exactly what we wanted and worked with us with price and install.
