We had to make the difficult decision to put one of our beloved pups down yesterday. We called before heading that way and immediately were treated with compassion and kindness. Destiny welcomed us with open arms and quickly put us in a comforting, calm room with our baby girl, Elsa. Dr Juneau was so caring and empathetic and offered excellent advice and comforting words. Everything was handled with complete grace, including our puppy. Thank you to the entire team at Metairie Small Animal hospital and thank you for all that you do. Keep up the exceptional work! We were back today with our sweet Callie and Daisy offered the same wonderful service we received yesterday. Same with Dr Juneau and quickly handled our girl. We weren’t overcharged for services, which we really appreciate 🙏

I can’t say enough good things about Metairie Small Animal Hospital. The team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about every pet that walks through the door. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable with your pet’s care plan. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them, they genuinely love what they do. I always leave feeling confident that my pet is in the best hands, as they always go above and beyond.

Lily, my mini poodle, had her teeth cleaned. Everyone was polite and knew their job, whether it was checking us in, taking care of of Lily, or performing her anesthesia, or cleaning her teeth, did it with a smile and made me feel confident in their job. We have been going to MSAH for nearly a decade now with our elderly shih tzu sisters, and now with our rescue dog, Charlie. The staff is wonderful and their doctors are always caring and do a great job. Couldn't recommend MSAH enough!
