I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the vet, Dr. Mosites was truly kind and caring. The assistant was also extremely professional and warm. The entire facility was clean, organized, and had such a friendly atmosphere. They treated my dog with so much love and respect, and they also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt completely informed at each step. I truly appreciate how they treated both me and my dog and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Mermaid Vet Hospital! The entire staff is so kind, patient, and genuinely caring — from the moment you walk in, you can tell they truly love what they do and not to mention that decor! The doctors take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. I love that they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they even did a cute little board for Chevy’s first visit. Sam and the nurses were so compassionate and professional when Chevy needed care, and the level of attention and follow-up was incredible. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that treats your pet like their own, but Mermaid Vet absolutely does. I’m so grateful for their amazing service and wouldn’t trust anyone else with

The care that my bog Blue received was amazing. The staff and veterinarian was very knowledgeable and professional, especially Samantha she was a breath of fresh air, she helped me calm down about my dog condition. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting I would definitely be recommending this clinic to my friends and family.
