I have been bringing my animals to Dr Jackie for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and just all around wonderful. I don’t live anywhere nearby and have tried to find a closer vet but nobody compares so I succumb to the commute and will continue to go where my babies get the best care

As a cat/kitten rescuer, my cat was in need of a major surgery. We have been coming to Mercy for over 5-6 years. We drive an hour south to receive good care and support from this office. We have had a few animal emergency issues and we have been headed, treated and supported from this team. They have assisted in getting specialists and checking up on our dogs. There isn’t a better team!

Dr. Jackie Sehn and team are compassionate, wonderful, very knowledgable and thorough with integrated pet care that includes both traditional and holistic practices, with a whole lot of consideration for systemic causes, not just treating symptoms. I discovered Dr. Jackie when fostering a very ill young rescue foster dog. We tried Chinese herbal therapies, and even leaned into a genetic panel for answers to try to help her, and I appreciated that they considered many more angles than previous vets we consulted. I now take my two dogs there and would not consider going anywhere else. I brought our lil Maltese pup here a year ago after going from vet to vet; nobody could help figure out Bella’s sensitivities and allergies. Dr. Lisa was kind, caring, patient and responsive to all our concerns and queries with Bella. She has helped us navigate Bella’s care and has brought back a level of health into Bella’s life - for that we are truly grateful. The staff is always kind and smiling. The clinic practices holistic and western veterinarian medicine and this is great if your furry baby needs naturopathic tx. They do tend to be a bit on the expensive end, however the peace of mind that we get from the quality of care is well worth it. Thank you Dr. Lisa & team!
