We had some frustrating process to try to get the bird they don't open when they said they opened. Also they were so nicee! I love my bird and he WAS well taken care of, vy the workers! All of the bird in the store are healthy and It is a process with patience! It took 3 times before you should buy it, which is a little annoying since I live 1 hours away, but they want to make sure you are a good fit.❤️

This is a wonderful store where the birds are loved & well taken care of! That you can tell! I bought my bare eyed cockatoo today! And he....she [TBD] is already an amazing little baby and you can tell she was well loved.

I came in today to get my African Grey’s nails trimmed and to pick up some new toys. The owner Rick and his employee Isa were very kind and knowledgeable. Rick was super gentle with my girl Stormy and he even trimmed her beak at no charge. Stormy usually doesn’t care for men but she liked Rick. He gave me some good advice and they let me hold one of the birds there. The store is clean and the birds look happy. The toys are top quality and inexpensive 😊 I will definitely come back for more toys and regular trimming. I highly recommend this store for all things parrot! Sincerely Holly and Stormy

Isa, Rick, Allison, everyone is great here! All of them knowledgeable and approachable. They have excellent customer service. Really personable and careful with the process in finding the birds forever homes. I’m excited to take my little one home very very soon!! I walked in the first time from being a part of a Facebook group for awhile. I then decided on my type of bird, came in to just learn and observe. I tried out the aviary and learned how to connect better. They recommend spending time with your bird before taking the bird home. Which I believe is awesome! I’m feeling like I can properly prepare for my first bird on my own. I had cockatiels when I was much younger, but this time I know I can definitely keep my companion happy and healthy! 😊 My advice, be patient with the aviary

Had a great experience here. I should have gotten the names of the two excellent young gentlemen helping us because they were awesome. We were shopping around for a new larger cage for our African Grey. Called before heading over to make sure they had something in the size range we were looking for. We were told they did so we headed on over. The store itself was clean and the layout made it easy to look around. I thought the prices seemed reasonable. I think it’s important to support a local business and if we lived closer we’d probably shop here regularly. The guy working behind the desk asked if he could help us, we told him we were the ones who called about the cage. He asked another young man who had a super cute Sun Conure to check on the sizes they had in stock. While we w
