I was so anxious about boarding my dogs for the first time, but the team at Memorial Crossing Pet Resort made it such a comforting experience. They answered all of our questions and concerns with so much patience and kindness, and kept us updated with photos and messages the whole time. It was clear our pups were happy, loved, and so well cared for. When our flight was delayed and we needed to extend their stay last minute, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating — it truly eased all my worries. Our dogs came home relaxed, clean, and content. We’ll definitely be bringing our fur babies back! 🐾💛

Great experience. They did all the follow up work once I gave them our vet information to ensure they were up to date on shots, they readily accepted our dogs, my wife was delighted to receive a first day report card while we were out of town to let us know how they were doing among new friends. The best part, they waive the pickup day fee if you opt into the grooming or bathing prior to pick up. They come home fresh and soft.

This place knows breeds and treats them with the respect they deserve. Our baby dals are not easy and not really babies but this crew knows how to love and care for them correctly. We so much appreciate what you put up with from our pups and I’ll tell you they love you as well. They have a real good time barking up the resort. We have used Memorial Crossing Pet Resort for several years now for both grooming and boarding. The staff is very caring and excellent at what they do.

2nd stay, 1st stay i boarded my dog and my daughter & son-in law 2 dogs for several days and they all got groomed. My daughters dog did not get a hair cut. Now this stay I boarded my dog and he was in desperate need of grooming and I was shocked to see he did not get hair cut, just a bath and now they want to pay all over again for what I already paid for.
