Mel's Fur Shapers

I’ve tried a few different groomers, but none have made my dog look as good as Mel did! She nailed exactly what I asked for, and my furbaby came out looking perfect On top of that, she worked super fast, her prices are very reasonable, and she was able to get me in for a next-day appointment. I’m so impressed.

I highly recommend. She did a phenomenal job with my dogs. One of my dogs have really bad anxiety and has a hard time with nail trimming but she was able to cut his nails. The hair cuts came out amazing on both. The photo doesn’t do the true justice. Please make your appointments with her.

Mel was amazing! She did a bath and haircut for my sensitive and emotional goldendoodle who had had a previous traumatic experience at a different stylist, and from the get go my dog was wagging her tail and happy. Mel took her time with my dog but got her done in about 2 hrs, and when I arrived to get her, my dog was walking around and wagging her tail with an adorable bow in, not in a kennel for hours like at some places. I can’t express how relieved I feel to have found a stylist that I feel comfortable leaving my dog with, not only for a skilled haircut but also for the personality of someone who really loves pets! I could not recommend Mel more!

We are so happy to have found Mel! She worked on our dog straight through so he didn’t have to wait all day like at other salons. This definitely helped with his stress level. Our dog is a cocker spaniel and has moles/warts like a typical older cocker. Because of this, he can be difficult to groom, but Mel did an awesome job. Normally, our pup can’t wait to get away from groomers, but he was hanging out with her like he’d made a new best friend. It is obvious that she puts care into her business and the animals that she is grooming. Can’t recommend her enough!

I brought my 3 dogs in for baths and haircuts and Melanie did a wonderful job! I have one senior pup and two anxious littles and they did so well with her. Probably one of the best grooming experiences I have had and I am picky with my dogs. Will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!
