Melissa's Pet Grooming and Boutique

Melissa did a fantastic job on our little Bichon Freise. She was very detailed and gentle with our little older dog. She trimmed our baby just as we wanted. She took her time, our dog smells and looks great, and our little girl is a happy camper. Thank you, Melissa!

Took my dogs in,she didn't really have a table for them to fit good on,she had them there 8 hours,she did not cut there hair like she should have,didn't do there feet she left long hairhair, all on them,didn't trim there face well,they looked awful. I'm very upset,she charged $100 for each one. I've never had my dogs come home looking like this,this was our first and last time using her,very disappointed in the way she done them. She said they wouldn't set still,never had that issue with other places.

Melissa is amazing. Just used her for my miniature schnauzer who has been scared of grooming. He's almost six months old and had a bad experience with another grooming place in Rome. But he took to Melissa and never tried to bite and stayed still. She took time with him and loved on him all thru the process of clipping and bathing. You can tell she loves animals Highly recommend her.

This lady is nuts! Don't waste your time. I called and made an appointment for a Wednesday morning at 9am. I dont like mornings but I got up at 7am and waited on her. She said someone had broken into her van, so she needed to do the grooming in my home. I told her that was great as it would make my dogs even more comfortable. I got up and got ready and waited and waited and waited. Finally, I called her and she said 'oh I forgot! I never forget! I'm so sorry!' I see from another review that was a lie. She rescheduled for the next day at 1pm. She called me at 12pm asking for my name and address for the 3rd time! She was scheduled to arrive at 1pm. At 1:30pm I saw a car drive slowly past my house, so I walked down to the end of the driveway to help her find the right place, I c
