Dr. Scoville was absolutely amazing. She was informative, caring and understanding.. She offered multiple treatment options to ensure his visit was within my price range. Her assistant and receptionist were beyond kind as well. I highly recommend medical Lake veterinarian Hospital because of their exceptional service, their affordable cost, and because they have same day appointments. All these vets that charge $150 to $200 for an initial exam is not concerned at all with pets but the bottom dollar. Medical Lake veterinary clinic shows that you can run a well-established well-preserved veterinary clinic for affordable rates. The initial exam was $81 and that was for a same day appointment. Start to finish the experience was great. The front desk person, both in person and on the phone, was professional and compassionate. Dr. Taylor and Heather were thorough and patient in explaining our dog's condition and what the next course of action might be. After leaving our former veterinarian in Montana, I am happy and relieved to have found Medical Lake Veterinary Hospital, the care was truly exceptional.

We live in Colbert and drive all the way to Medical Lake to have the doctors, the care, and the amazing service for our dog. When our last dog needed emergency care everyone close to our house turned us away and Medical Lake was the only clinic to took care of us. We were treated as if we had been going there for years. Since they understand how loved our dogs are, I will drive out of my way to go there.

My puppy was very sick and I was able to get an urgent care appointment immediately. The office is very nice and the staff is amazing. They took time to explain everything and give me the options. The vet was very helpful and showed me my dogs X-rays vs standard X-rays so I could see for myself. They were excellent on giving me prices on everything beforehand so I could decide what to do. I appreciate knowing prices and getting a receipt with what everything costs. I highly recommend the office and I plan on switching to them permanently. Thank you!
