This place has an outstanding staff!!! So pleases with what I've seen!!!! Kind, caring, courteous, respectful, helpful..informative!! The list goes on! They take the time to speak to you, you are NOT just a number. It's important to me to feel this way because my cats are my children. They don't just rush you out the door. I have fixed nearly all twenty five cats that I have at this location. The incision is so tiny that the cat does not need to wear a cone, which is absolutely amazing!!!!! They truly care about the animals that they're taking in to do surgery on. I cannot think of a better place to be involved with. Come this spring when I'm cleaning up my storage. I have a ton of stuff to donate to them, blankets, towels carriers, you name it. I have a bunch of stuff, and I can't wait to

The most humane and professionally run shelter around. They don't cut corners or oversell animals into unrrealistic situations. I have had a great experience with every animal I have adopted there over many years.

Great shelter, I got my kitty neutered here, the vet and everyone who worked there were all super nice and professional. It was probably scary for kitty, but he did well, no complications and I'm sure he didn't feel a thing, I don't know what painkillers they gave him but he was rolling around on the carpet with eyes wide as saucers and purring for a few hours after I got him home, until the meds wore off 🤣 I wasn't able to pay full price at a regular vet, so I had made an appointment here to have him neutered at a reduced cost, and I felt much better supporting this shelter with my money anyway. There are some releases to sign beforehand, and I had to drop kitty off in the morning and then pick him up in the afternoon, and you need to make the appointments well in advance, but they are al

My boyfriend recently adopted a kitten Amber (formerly Ficus) from this shelter and not only is she perfect the facility was clean and the staff we interacted with was amazing. They even sent us home with her little bed/tent and gave us a goodie bag. I highly recommend adopting an animal from this facility if you are looking for an animal friend. As soon as we brought home Amber she was a sweet cuddle bug. My BF couldn't have found a better kitten and companion for his other recently adopted kitten Autumn.

This is the BEST animal shelter ever! I had such a pleasant, easy, and efficient adopting experience at this shelter. The shelter manager, Adam DeParolesa, always responded to my emails in a timely and friendly manner. He was honest about the cat and flexible with my tight work schedule. The drive was beautiful through Dover and Medfield. The shelter is located in a perfect spot—there is plenty of parking, and it is in a nice, quiet spot. The adoption process was both positive and painless. Sophie was very friendly and helpful. She even happily assembled my new cat carrier for me! The cat was EXACTLY as described in the Petfinder bio, and the adoption fee was very reasonable. The shelter was clean, calm, and chill. I decided in seconds that he was the right cat for me. I could not be any h
