McPheron Animal Clinic is the VERY BEST)))) veterinarian and technician’s that I have ever taken my animals to in my life. They are thoughtful, kind and extremely efficient. Highly recommend using their services and their vitamins!

I had a very upsetting experience at my recent appointment with Dr. Mcpheron. Dr. Mcpheron was rude and dismissive, and seemed focused on rushing through the visit as quickly as possible, regardless of how nervous my dog was. My golden retriever is still young and has always been anxious at the vet, which I communicated. All treatments are done behind closed doors, and while waiting I could hear the tech being impatient with my dog, followed by Dr. Mcpheron yelling at her to move. When my dog was brought back into the room, she was visibly terrified and even had an accident — something she has never done before. She tried to hide under the chairs where I was sitting, and instead of giving her time to calm down, Dr. Mcpheron moved the chairs from above her to force her to come out, then p

I was very pleased with my first visit to the clinic. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. McPheron made me feel understood and comfortable. I have a sense of relief knowing our kitties are in safe and very capable hands! The bonus was meeting Oliver, the office mascot.😽

Dr.Sam was amazing with our Frenchie. I could not leave Coyne fast enough after almost killing our cat and misdiagnosed our Boston. If you really love your pets don't take them to Coyne. McPherson is a personal loving place. Thank you Sam.

My little Teddy, a Maltese, is 15 months old, and I have been searching for a good groomer in Crown Point. Well today we tried Valerie at McPheron’s Pet Parlor! Finally a perfect groom! She is so sweet and knows what she is doing. He looks absolutely perfect! Thanks, Valerie.
