Absolutely thanking God for this place! Saved my puppy's life after she ate nearly a whole Bottle of ibuprofen. Long waits but worth it and not nearly as expensive as it could have been. Thank you to Dr. Ascension for the informative and timely updates and the care and compassion of all staff.

I took my cat Nene to this location on October 20. We arrived at 11AM and due to the large amount of animals needed to be seen we had to wait for 3.5 hours before meeting with the doctor. Aside from the wait, the service and care of my little girl was overall exceptional. I was extremely happy with the vet technician Danielle, she made it a smooth & painless process for Nene. Her professionalism and genuine compassion is not overlooked & I highly recommend you request her help if she’s available. Dr. Sans also did a wonderful job making my cat feel safe & preformed a very thorough examination from top to bottom. Nene is still recovering but I can tell she’s already getting better. Pricing is reasonable too! If something happens in the future, I will take her here.

So first I want to say that the doctors here are very nice. Secondly I want to say I would not recommend you take your pet here. About a week ago I took my dog here because I was told she had pneumonia and should go to a pet hospital where she can get 24 hour care. When I arrived my dog was already having problems breathing which is why she was there they were aware but told me I still had to wait so 4 hours later I’m still sitting there with my poor dog that is handing trouble breathing while other pet owners are there for minor things like nail clips or just regular check ups. I know their visit is importantly also but mine was an actually emergency. It was finally my turn to be seen so I ended up having to keep my dog there for about 4 nights and they still never could find out what was

I’ve waited around 7 months to be able to post this review. The photo in this review is from my dog’s last hours on this earth, and no, Crossroads Animal Hospital did not put her down. We arrived after my dog had notable signs of falling over, incontinence, etc. Crossroads ER immediately diagnosed as neurological and sent us home. Hours went by and she suffered more and more while her body shut down. After a while, we brought her back. We waited hours for her to be seen, and they told us they had a dog in more critical conditions. We could hear them laughing and giggling next door with the owners of said dog, like they knew them. We ended up having to go to the front door and ring the buzzer as my dog started to throw up and pass out more and more. Eventually, someone answered and said

My chihuahua broke his leg around 2/9 and we took him here for xrays and a split. There was a miscommunication about how often to get the dressing changed and his split fell off this last Tuesday 3/3. Unfortunately it was during emergency hrs so it cost me $115 for them to redress it. Okay whatever, thats on me. However, today 3/6 his entire split just slid right off his leg… so I called and explained the situation and was told that I could come tonight and pay another $115 or tomorrow and only $35… No apologies, no effort to make it right on there end, no manager or owner in the building until Monday. I dont know why they seem to think I should have to pay for them to redress a splint that wasn't done properly to begin with and was rubbing his leg raw for the whole 3 days it lasted but I
