First time here today. Our family just bought a bunny and we had nothing for her. We were able to find everything at this place and the owners were incredibly helpful. Even carried everything out for me (I bought a large cage I was unable to carry).

Special orders don’t upset them. If there distributor has it they will get it for you. I’ve been a customer since 2005. I still get my pet supplies from them even though I live far away. Definitely worth the ride. Terrific people too!

Went in excited to support a local pet store since I can’t stand chain pet stores. I’m a huge animal enthusiast and it broke my heart to see a few animals not being properly cared for. We were even told that some of their pets aren’t nice, which also is an indication of minimal maintenance! Lots of supplies though, maybe it should just be a supplies only pet shop…

This is the only pet store you should go to!! My guinea pig ripped his toe and would not stop bleeding so I rushed him to Mayos and the staff was so accommodating. I told them what happened and they grabbed me a product and applied it to his toe before I even paid for anything. They care so much about the animals and their customers. Highly recommend to those looking to buy a pet, buy pet supplies or need pet advice! Thank you Mayos for making this stressful experience so much easier on Pepper and I!
