We visited Mason Road Veterinary Clinic yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. From the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the doctor and her assistant, the entire experience was excellent. What we appreciated the most was their honesty and transparency. With just a thorough physical exam, the doctor was able to diagnose the cause of Denver’s limping without immediately recommending X-rays or blood work since they weren’t necessary. This thoughtful and ethical approach not only built our trust but also saved us money. They are friendly, simple, and truly transparent as a clinic and as a team. We recently navigated a very sensitive and emotional situation. While there was some initial miscommunication, it was clear to me that everyone involved approached it with genuine kindness and compassion. Once again they went above and beyond helping our precious little Doxie, Cookie. Over the past 5 years Dr. Hokanson and her staff had made Cookie part of their family. Today Cookie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge and once again they were there to not only comfort Cookie but us as well. They are truly the best Veterinary Clinic in Katy. Dr. Hokansen is very understanding, compassionate, affordable and patient with pet owners that have animals going into procedures. The staff up front kept us informed throughout every step so our anxiety levels were low as can be. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a veterinarian.
