What can I say? Vet Trevor diagnosed my dog with an ultra sound and blood tests and saved my boy, who had Pancreatitis. Stayed over 2 nights, 3 shots of Panoquell, and a very attentive staff. We were allowed to come visit anytime. This place is pricey, but what 24-hour vet is cheap? The staff knows to check vitals on any incoming pet immediately, and then discusses needed treatment. Thanks Trevor and caring staff. You saved our boy. Hopefully we don't have to come see you again, but if it is needed, I trust this is the place we will return for help.

I brought my cat Precious because she was very sick and she had to be put down. The woman at front desk and the Dr were so very compassionate and understanding of how hard it was for me. They showed some much warmth and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes. I really appreciated them. I also appreciated the man that was at the front desk as I left afterwards. He was so friendly. I did not care the female tech that assisted she was very impersonal.

Marqueen is one of the few places open 24/7. Seamless experience, no wait time, very responsive staff. 1st life threatening emergency ever for us. Didn't know what to expect. Urinary blockage in a young cat that they fixed successfully. At least 4 hour interval monitoring of your inpatient pet unless it's more life threatening, I heard. I felt at peace knowing he is staying there. Prices, I heard, are higher, but they can help your pet requires 24/7 hospitalization on site. Regular vets don't have such capabilities. I recommend having a credit card open, and insurance if your pet is likely to need help, as bills can be high for pet care. Thank You, MarQueen Team Our boy Loki came to MarQueen with an open wound that needed stitches. We had tried to get him in with our local vet, but they weren’t able to accommodate us. So we made the trip out from Nevada City, hoping someone could help. When we arrived, the receptionist immediately recognized that Loki was in pain and got him triaged so he could receive pain medication right away. The team moved quickly to get him into surgery and took such great care of him. We are so grateful for the attention and compassion you gave our boy — and for acting fast when he needed it most.
