From the moment I walked in with my toy poodle bear, the entire staff especially the front desk young lady named Angie and Zilk the Ma manager was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and treated my dog like family — not just another appointment. The doctors and technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and it was obvious they truly love what they do. My poodle was calm, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the visit, which means everything to me as a pet owner. The level of service, attention to detail, and compassion here is unmatched. We, our nonprofit rescue,have been blessed to have been saving lives together with Dr.C, Claudy, Nikki and the fine staff at Margate Animal Center for many years. They are hands down the best veterinary clinic we have worked with and we have worked with countless. They suggest only what is needed, provide exceptional care for any dogs boarded, provide enrichment (really go above and beyond) while there and the communication is a 10. We simply can not say enough positive about Margate Animal Center and their staff. We could never rescue in rehabilitate the number of lives a year without their support. We are so grateful for them.

Once would have suggested this veterinary clinic but, no longer. I thought it was sold. It’s not, they just have new staff. They are unfriendly to the point of rude. The price hike on services is insane. They were completely unorganized. Did not have the medication needed which has been going on, including even basics like heartguard. The staff, not sure if any were licensed Vet Tech’s, were not very knowledgeable about veterinary medications or issues. It was alarming. The person, whom I think was the new manager, was so rude and uninviting. Like we were putting her out and argumentative for no apparent reason. The Veterinarians themselves were ok but, when you include the entire experience it’s a no. I would skip this place. Many Vets offices to choose from whom are reasonably priced,

Great vet here! Bringing my Bruno since 8 week, and my 9 year old cat too.Always so friendly and really taking care of pets. All doctor’s amazing, good educated and so professional! Thank you for being us vet! Highly recommend!

Today I brought my 9 week old puppy for her 1st vet visit. The nicest and caring professionals.expained all financial options for the care of my puppy .I choose one that fit my financial situation. No pressure for me to spend excessive money. Looking forward to a great relationship with these lovely people
