Many many paws

They did a great job! Our Shepard looks 10 lbs lighter since her bath and deshedding. Quick and efficient, I was actually surprised when she called and said Athena was ready after an hour and a half. Great job!

Absolute WORST experience ever !! We are new to the area and were looking for a dog groomer. I made an appointment for 10:00 yesterday. I got there at 9:40 , thinking that the groomer would need some information about my dog and to fill out some paperwork, but she wasn’t there. She didn’t show up until 10:20. I explained to her that my dog was 15 yrs old, totally deaf and suffered with anxiety . I asked how long she thought it would take for grooming and she said one to one and a half hrs. I told her I would be back in an hour and if necessary I would just wait till she finished. I came back at 11:35 . When I got there, the door was locked and she was nowhere in sight. I could hear my dog barking inside. There was no note or anything on the door indicating where she had gone or if and wh

Incredibly unprofessional. No show for the appointment and when we called the person answering the phone said, “there’s no blue car there? Let me make a call.” She calls back to say the person had to take their baby to the doctor and she would come to groom our dog. When I told her I had three dogs that were only there for nail clipping, she said, “Oh, I can’t do that.” Absolutely do not go here. Also there were dogs out in filthy outdoor kennels that I doubt had even been fed. I seriously hope no one boards their dogs here. So. Bad.

Had a 10 am appointment today, to find nobody is there at 10 am. I have been sitting in my vehicle for awhile and finally called to be informed her annt went to the hospital yesterday and the groomer will not be in. I asked, why was i not called, i forgot. No way to run a business. In the pass, whenever I had a schedule appointment, she never was there, but she always eventually shows up. Time to find another groomer.

Worst place ever. Seriously. Like everyone else says, had an appointment at 10, no one showed up, two hours later she answers and says sorry they're closed for the day. Second time we tried her, she did not show up to the place until 11 when we were scheduled for 10. She was so rude on the phone, so unprofessional. The place is so dirty and unkept. The dogs are just locked in cages. No going back.
