Haven Lake Animal Hospital

I have only good things to say about Haven Lake Animal Hospital. From the first time I brought my dogs to see Dr. Joshua Levinson, it has been a truly remarkable experience. The staff goes above and beyond to create a comforting and welcoming environment. They are always pleasant, smiling, and genuinely greet you with warmth. Dr. Levinson is incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything and ensures your pets receive the best care possible. I drive all the way from South Philly to take my cardio dogs to see him, and my sister has also had a fantastic experience taking her cat here. You receive impeccable service in a very friendly and clean environment. They even have a perfect sign in the waiting room that I haven’t seen elsewhere, something every vet

Dr. Titus is just an incredible human being. She loves her job and cares about her furry patients and her patients' families. She is gentle, loving, brilliant, and clearly an expert in her field. She has helped our puppies numerous times in critical situations, with a clear evaluation, well communicated instructions, including advice for at home care and how to determine if a return visit is needed. She has a calm and reassuring bedside manner. Techs Ash & Alexis were just as compassionate; the three of them make a great team. I always leave Dr. Titus' office feeling so much better.

The staff is s Amazing, they are reasonable in price and you are actually able to get a quick appointment especially for emergencies. My only issue was the rudeness of the veterinarian I have seen the 2 times I have been there. I will continue to happily bring my baby there but I will be requesting a different veterinarian!!!

We are absolutely stunned at the pricing structure at this facility. We have been bringing our 7 cats, (4 indoor and 3 outdoor) and 2 dogs here for about 18 months. Thought it was pricey, but they do have good care... Today, we needed to pick up a written script for our kitty, and they said it would be $3.50. Excuse me?! For what, a piece of paper?!?... All the money they have generated from us, and you charge $$ to pick up a written script?!? Goodbye! We will take our business elsewhere!!

I've been going to Haven Lake since they opened. They have always been very kind and compassionate. I've even taken my brother's pets on emergency visits when pet sitting. I've been through some serious illnesses with 3 of my pets and have gotten great support from everyone. Never had any issues with getting appointments or wait times. They have always followed up as promised. I highly recommend. Couldn't imagine my precious ones being treated by anyone else.
