Malvern Animal Shelter

This place is a joke I seen a mama dog looks like her leg has been broke she has puppies and the guy said "ill get to it when I can and I said ill take them pay for the vet care do you need my name, nope because I can't get to them if their behind a fence". We'll help them my goodness its not that hard especially when your animal control very disappointing.

Picked up vouchers for low cost spay and neuter. Super nice staff!!

The staff was very kind, attentive and understanding. they make visiting them very pleasant and enjoyable.

I hate that anyone would have a bad experience, knowing I am the only animal control officer for the city.Which means,I clean all the pins,water and feed ,cut the grass and weed eat and answer all the calls.So.please know I will try my best to answer every call that comes in. I have never nor would I ever hang up on someone..We do only work Malvern city limits. Thank you all for you patience and understanding..And a quick reminder I do have lots of calls coming in so if you need me to meet you at the shelter please call. Unfortunately we have lots of aggressive dogs being unattended and I would rather be getting owners to take responsibility and keep there pets up so our kiddos and elderly can walk without worrying about getting bit...3040000 Thanks everyone..
