The customer service is amazing, Truly! They take their time to understand not only how your animal is feeling but you yourself too. They have the up most respect to the animals and people who walk in their doors. I would love to give 2 reviews at a 10/10 for them bc they are that amazing! I recently was in need of a veterinarian that was local to get my dog checked out. I had used another vet in town in the past and had a bad experience the last time so I chose to try another one in hopes of a more positive experience. I chose to take my corgi to the Animal Medical Clinic in Malvern. When I arrived I immediately felt a very good vibe entering the office. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Once back in the treatment room I met Dr. Nall. He was very personable and genuinely concerned about my dog's issues and overall health. He did a thorough exam and diagnosed the issues. He explained the problems and a plan to get him better. He didn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests or try and squeeze more money out of me by trying to sell me on supplements, foods, or use

The first vet I've been to that truly seems to love animals. Dr Nall and his staff are so kind and compassionate . I'm so glad I was referred to him!

Very friendly staff! Was able to accommodate our sick cat on a last-minute walk-in, and she is very happy to have made it back home with some medicine to hopefully assist her. The vet appeared to be somewhat blunt, however it did appear he was fairly busy so I can't fault the guy for that. Clean establishment!
