We are so grateful to have found your establishment in Bayview. We are always looking for healthy, grain free snacks for our pup and with chicken allergies, we find that others stores and shops do not have NEARLY as much variety to choose from as we've found at Mac's! Friendly, helpful staff, great prices, and lots of Nums for our boy. Thank you Mac's ! We will be back again and again! ❤️ Atticus and his hoomans 🐾

The nice lady working there really helped me out I appreciate it so much I hope I can give my future kitty companion a good loving home sorry I didn’t get her name but she sure deserves a raise! I’ll post pics once adopted! Update: shortbread has been adopted!!! I love her so much!

Keri was so sweet and welcoming- this was our second time here and service is always pleasant. Their selection is amazing from gear to snacks and enrichment, Sonny (our dog) loves stopping in!

Susan was just the right amount of support to help me be decisive and feel confident as a new pet owner, without me feeling any sort of pressure to make any specific purchases, especially any unnecessary ones. I felt so relieved to know I have this shop nearby so I can not feel judged, or rushed…just feel informed and comfortable!

This is a pet store has a small, stylish boutique feel. Their selection of cat food is solely higher end products which I appreciate. Why feed your pets garbage trash when there’s products made with real meat? For a small store they have a large selection including Fussie Cat kitty food. Currently that is the only brand that, my girl cat, will eat. Price per can is lower or equal to anywhere else I’ve found online or in person. All of the staff that I’ve met were helpful and extremely nice. They appear to be perfectly happy working there. Located in a flippin’ awesome neighborhood. I can walk there inside of five minutes to boot.
