I dont often leave reviews but I felt my experiences with Riverwest Vet, Dr Banks and her team was more than worthy of a review. It took me a few months to post this after the passing of our beloved Raji, but the care we received from Dr Banks was beyond extraordinary. We have 6 cats, so this isnt our 1st experience by any means with a vet but by far and away the best experience we have had in Milwaukee. Dr Banks is simply one of those amazing individuals who really cares about the pets and people who come to her. I can't really write enough positive words about her in this short post. Putting our animals care under Dr Banks and her team is one of the best decisions we have made. She is an amazing asset to the community. Thank you again!

Riverwest Vet is the best! I have seen both Dr. Kindness and Dr. Banks for my senior dogs and new cat and they both have given us the best care. They give their full attention and make us feel like the only patient in the office which is SO unique, different and awesome! Complex medical problems in animals can be hard to identify, and they will do whatever it takes to help find a diagnosis and treatment. The vet techs and desk staff are so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly as well. They truly love animals at Riverwest Vet, and I love them!

I recently moved back to the area with my 5 year old lab, and Riverwest vet lived up to all recommendations! Extremely kind and caring staff with reasonable pricing. So happy to be able to choose a small business veterinarian in the community.

Ive called up riverwest vet twice now for emergent care for my two elderly cats and they were able to squeeze us in same day both times. Both visits were so incredible. All the staff there have kind warm caring hearts. They go above and beyond. They break down costs of every care thing they reccomend and prioritize which ones to try first. I highly highly reccomend them if youre looking for a vet or your regular vet doesnt have an opening to check them out. Me and my old girls will be coming back every time i need to get them seen. 💖

We've been taking our cats to Riverwest Vet for a year or so now. They helped us navigate cat asthma, and then a very hard couple of days where we had to let our boy Ozzy go. Dr. Banks, Dr. Kindness, and the whole team have been so amazing, and so empathetic. We'll continue to bring our other babies to them for the best care. Thank you, everyone.
