Last name is Carnley but I had a previous vet that I believed was taking great care of my animals but actually two of them almost died if I wouldn’t have felt the need for a second opinion my Shih Tzu whinnie was 14 and had a awful cough and shortness of breath my vet said she had allergies and gave her a allergy shot, well I waited two more days which I have such regret over, but then after looking for a vet w great reviews I found M20. I have taken many pets here over the years, and M-20 Animal Hospital has been by my side rain or shine. During sad news, happy news, solving problems, and holding my hand the entire way. They have always been so caring, kind, professional, and of course reasonably priced. My great dane Titan, they put him down when he was at the end of his life and we wanted a specific cremator to come to pick him up. Not only did they approve of our wishes, but they cried with us as they helped us put his body in the car. My Mr. Kitty was diagnosed with diabetes here, and they helped me for months figure everything out and held my hand the entire way until Mr. Kitty had to be put down. They cried with me and made a little paw print keepsake for me. I now have 2 dogs who see them regularly and I trust them

I want to take a moment to thank M-20 Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Moon and tech Heather. Everyone there has been so great to us since we starting going there a couple years ago but those two specifically helped get me through a very rough thing and I am so thankful for them. They are so kind, thoughtful, and full of love. My dog Butters health was deteriorating more and all signs pointed towards cancer. On top of some serious osteoarthritis causing mobility issues and severe allergies. It was decision time, what do we do next? What is best for Butters? I’m the type of person who has a hard time making normal decisions without knowing every detail about something. Let alone something so big and complicated as this. I had our family dog treated here for on and off vomiting and diarrhea for a year. They performed all the necessary tests and the appropriate medications were always prescribed and she would recover. About a year after this started she started to get sick again and declined very quickly. They did an ultrasound and found a build-up of fluid most likely caused by a mass on her spleen or liver. They were going to do surgery to find out which exactly but Cinder had other plans and quickly passed on her own. Sarah came in after hours, consoled us and took her to be cremated. She let us have as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes and treated us with so much compassion, care and understanding in such a difficult time. 💔 we love M-20!!
