Dog Haven Ranch

We are so thankful for Dog Haven Ranch! We have a 5 month old GSP and he loves "going to see his friends". They keep him on routine, he gets lots of exercise, love, and socialization.

Yikes. I don't have a pit or a pit mix, however I work with a lot professionally. From my experience, any "kennel" or dog care service that refuses care to them, is because they don't actually have the ability, licensing, insurance, or experience to control any unruly dogs or work with them in any safe capacity when thijgs happen. And trust me, things happen. 7 years of training and boarding, I have had 9 pit/pitmixes who have had issues, yet there was never a bad outcome because we are prepared and educated. The other breeds I have worked with that had major aggression issues we had to accomedate; I kept a list starting about 4 months in. This list began when I had a golden retriever in my care that the owners did not warn had bowl aggression, even a while after finishing the meal. Th

Adopted a dog that was one year old and had some socialization issues. Ryan, Amy, and their staff worked with him a great deal, and I am very grateful to them. My dog is older now, and the kids went off to college, and my dog loves when I send him there! It really helped him cope with all of the changes in our house. He's always happy to go, and is more at peace throughout the week.

Thanks to Dog Haven I can work and not feel guilty about leaving my dog in her crate all day! It really goes beyond just that, my dog Ladybug is VERY energetic. She gets her need for play and exercise met completely at day care while I work. She just about pulls my arm off to get into the door of Dog Haven. In the morning either Ryan or Amy are there to take her back to see her friends, and she jumps all over them like they are part of our family. They have been great about giving feedback on her behavior and interaction with other dogs, which I really appreciate since she came to me through a foster situation. I am confident when I introduce Ladybug to new dogs that she is well socialized because of her time with Ryan and Amy, their great staff, and of course all of her doggy friends at D

We love Dog Haven! My dogs been going for years and she absolutely loves it! Everyone there is super nice and you can tell they really love all the dogs. Thank you for making Roxi feel so welcome!
