Listen to reviews here and avoid at all costs. Walking in, you realize right away you're in an overbooked, understaffed, poorly managed facility. The first thing on their mind is how much they can upcharge you. They treat animals poorly, zero communication on what's going on during a visit. Olga is cold and extremely rude. She gave me 5 different diagnoses within 60 seconds of merely glancing at my kitten. I literally left the place in tears at the lack of tact and unkindness displayed by every staff member.

My wife and I are long-time customers of the vet who runs Revere and Lynn Pet Clinic. Over the years I've brought my cat Kai, Daisy, and now Ripley to see these people. I've been a customer for about 11 years. After my cat Daisy was close to the end of her life, facing kidney failure, cancer, and old age, this clinic helped me give her one final push for life, giving me everything they could to help for about a $600 visit. I was happy about that visit, but within a week I was given a lot of hard news. My cat Daisy died, and I was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer all in the same week. I never like coming here, but it’s convenient because it’s close to me. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. I was waiting for my appointment for 25 min waiting outside while it’s windy with my cat. Very unhappy here and still waiting for my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this I’m not the only one that has issues here. I know a lot of people who won’t come here. Been dealing with this business for almost 14 years now. The owner is not exactly a people person. The wait time when you already have an appointment in ridiculous. Then the staff are usually nice. However a young woman named Julie that works there has no professional skills. Today I called 2 times. First time I didn’t even speak to her and when the second time I called I spoke to Julie who said I was calling too many times, the doctor is busy and the results would come in later when I already knew from the first call they were in but had a question for the doctor. Julie hardly let me speak and spoke over me continuously. You should not be disrespectful to a customer concerned about their animal or disrespectful in general. We ve been a long time customers here. But last visit pretty much is going to make me look for another vet in the area. Me dog came for 3 vaccines and an eye allergy problem. Normally it's between $150-200 for a visit like that. They present me with $500+ bill and were rude and annoyed with me when I started asking questions. The whole state has been open for a while but they still not letting you in,that allows them to do any test before letting you know of a cost. They also made me buy supplements that are not good for my dog. I have a Welsh terrier,you can check the average weight online. The supplement that we received is for the dogs over 31lbs. And the doctor wouldn't talk to you!!! Horrible experience, would not suggest this place!
