We bring our entire gang in here and have for years now. Including the ones that have gone on across the rainbow bridge. For years, they have provided us with excellent care and the comfort we need for all of our pets. I couldn’t give a more glowing recommendation.

My Bella is in the middle of still in the hospital she's a senior dog and was taken in critical condition from diabetes. We're a new client they took us in quickly and gave us some results with a care plan and prices that was fair.For those who may not have the money they do offer payment options. I was updated on her status within 24hours she's still not out of the woods but I believe she's in the best care possible, Bella is almost 11years old and can't imagine life without her. I'm grateful for the staff caring for her.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience Saturday . I scheduled an appointment for my dog’s bloodwork and arrived on time (12:31 for a 12:30 appointment). After checking in, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes without any communication from staff. No one provided an update, acknowledged the delay, or explained what was happening. What made the situation more frustrating was that another client who arrived after me was brought back almost immediately for a nail trim. I understand that different services may involve different staff members, but from a client perspective, there was zero communication to explain that. Milo, was approximately 17 years old, equivalent to around 80 human years. Following a decline in health starting October, Milo's condition worsened after experiencing a seizure and difficulty urinating. With our primary veterinarian unavailable, we contacted Luv n Care. The staff and doctor demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism throughout our loss, treating Milo with utmost care and gentleness. We extend our gratitude for their dedicated service.
