Good evening I hope all is well I normally do reviews I haven't done one in a while but this one deserves a five star review. I walked into Lund animal hospital this evening with a broken heart. An outside cat who my father had fixed was agonizing in pain. All the neighbors near our house took care of and fed him because he was an outside cat. Panshin was truly a trooper, he was about 18 to 20 years old believe it or not. He sustained things that no cat what even dream of sustaining. I had to put him down today because he was agonizing in pain with cancer as confirmed by the doctor, I would like to give my most respectful thank yous to Dr. Lund I'm assuming Mrs Lund, thank you for your respect and thank you for helping me when I needed most. That to me means a million dollar review!

The front desk at this veterinary office was incredibly unprofessional — the staff was rude, the entire check-in area had a noticeable odor, and the practice feels completely disorganized. They insisted I drop off my 12-year-old dog at 9 AM for an ultrasound even though the tech wouldn’t arrive until 1 PM and couldn’t guarantee the procedure would even happen that day. They also refused to let me wait in the office and demanded payment upfront before the tech even confirmed availability. Overall, the experience was chaotic, uncomfortable, and unacceptable for a veterinary practice.

The warmth and attention to my concerns I receive from the doctors is unparalleled. I always have a slew of questions because LuLu is my child. Their answers are on point and I feel extremely comfortable coming here for something basic or for something more significant. They are really good at putting my mind at ease with different options and “treat” my girl with treats (cookies) as she were their own. I already tell everyone about this practice as I would not want to take my LuLu (9 yr. old Chocolate Labrador) anywhere else! We have been coming here for decades (with our previous Choc. Lab Ellie) The entire staff is welcoming and professional. My needs are met in a timely matter. I have only good things to speak of in regards to Lund Animal Hospital! Went there with my dwarf hamster whom I thought had wet tail. Dr. Lund brought my hamster to the back for examination. After she came back and specified all the tests she conducted during the examination with great detail and experience. Dr. Lund was very thorough, went above and beyond, and was very hospitable. I don’t think it could have gone any better. All that information from the tests, to what to prepare for, and how to take care of my hamster moving forward, was well worth the visit. I was a little nervous at first because I mostly saw dogs there but she’s seen all the types of hamsters with different cases. The desk was very accommodating as well. Thank you Dr. Lund and staff!
