I’ve been getting my Munchkin cat Leo detailed for a while now. Ivan is honestly BY FAR the best groomer we’ve had the pleasure to run across. We are taking from Arizona to Washington state. As a small business owner, that deals in localized Cryo therapy, I genuinely appreciate his attention to detail. It is so critical and important. This cannot be understated. I will only take Leo to Ivan going forward. 10/10 recommend this grooming business for your beloved fur babies.

We had our dog groomed today and I can confidently say this was the best grooming experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. When we picked our dog up, we were honestly blown away. The haircut was absolutely flawless. The trim was perfectly even, the ears were styled beautifully, and the pink detailing on the ears and paws was blended so cleanly and professionally. It was stylish without being overdone, and you can tell real skill and care went into every detail. Most importantly, our dog looked comfortable and happy — not stressed or rushed. That means everything to us. My wife immediately said it was the best haircut she’s ever seen on our dog, and I completely agree. We’ve found our groomer for good.

My 2 yr old puppy came here for his first grooming ever, and I MUST leave a review. They did such a great job with him. Anything that I care deeply about, I look at the reviews first and that is what made me choose this salon (so thanks to everyone who left a review). The reviews led me to believe he would be in great hands with people who genuinely care and they fell nothing short of my expectations. My dog looks great and I can tell he’s a lot happier! Amazing job. I’m sorry if it seemed I didn’t like it at first. I just didn’t realize how long my puppy’s hair got and I wasn’t used to the sudden change. Once we got home and I got used to it, I saw how handsome my puppy looked. You did an amazing job. His paw pads were the best I’ve seen them. Everything was perfect. No injuries. And his mental state was very good. He was absolutely traumatized after our experience at pet smart where he did get hurt.

The staff at Lugari are actual miracle workers! They took such great care of my little blind senior Shih Tzu! They were very kind & understanding of the difficult condition she was in, they worked very quickly to help her get back to being comfortable, and my dog was so happy & wagging her tail like crazy when I went to pick her up. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to get their dog groomed. Thank you so much Lugari Pet Salon!
