Lucky Paws Pet Grooming (Under New Ownership)

The groomer did such a lovely job with my Dino. I was so happy with their service. They even sent me a nice Christmas card-ready picture of him when he was all done!!! They had baskets of bandanas, bows and collars, all Christmas-themed, that were included with the service. They also had a bunch of colognes to choose from to give him a final spritz and he really smelled incredible. It was his first groom there so I paid $100 with their discount and left a $25 tip. They’ll definitely be getting my business again. Oh and — I told them I have a cat at home too and they let me take a bandana home for him, on the house!!! 10/10 customer service!

They did such an amazing job grooming my dog. He’s always so nervous when he first walks in. They made him feel comfortable and took such good care of him. My go to place! Highly recommend!

Do not have your dog groomed here. After dropping my dog off at 11:15 and still not ready at 4:30 pm they finally handed me a bathed dog with no grooming done whatsoever. They claimed she was too jittery and they didn’t want to traumatize her. However I have seen her jittery after receiving vaccinations at the vet and they gave me a dog that was not jittery at all. It was obvious that they double booked, gave her a quick bath and then threw her in crate all day and forgot about her. The most incompetent, poorly run groomer I have ever experienced. I have owned dogs for over 30 years and they are by far the WORST GROOMER ever.
