Lucky Paws Grooming & Boarding

Writing this review so happy we found such an amazing groomer, but so sad because we are now moving and have already experience the best of the best😭😭 Hallie has been Koa‘s groomer since we started going to them and he has looked so spiffy ever since! They are always so sweet to him and to me and my little guy always comes back looking so happy. We are a huge fan of the teddy bear cut and if you are too, you know how hard it is to find someone that’s actually really good at it. Hallie And the lucky pause team are amazing and even send cute pics of Koa when he’s done! Highly recommend and we will miss you guys!

I highly recommend their services. They truly care about the pets that they groom. I had gone here last year after petsmart turned my dog away. We were scheduled to put him to sleep due to his health deteriorating and just wanted him to be well groomed and comfortable in his last days. Groomer was very patient with him and provided him great care as she worked on him. He came out looking wonderful and happy. This really brought us comfort as we were about to enter a difficult time. It was the best care we could have wanted for him.

I live towards downtown San Antonio and will 100 percent drive to Helotes to ensure my child is taken care of. Kai is her groomer and takes such good care of her, she really has a great handle with dogs. I followed her from a previous salon she was at, that's how much I appreciate her care with Duchess. My furry child is a golden girl (12 years old) and she can get a little grumpy. When I went to pick her up she was thriving. I COULD NOT believe this was Duchess 🤣. She's anti-social normally but wow was she social with Kai's furry children. I trust her to take care of Duchess and will not go to anyone else. Lucky Paws took amazing care of my precious fur baby. She went and was boarded for over a week and came back super happy! I was very pleased with my experience. Each member communicated with me while I was out of town and sent me photos with updates on how my dog was doing! Lucky Paws also provided my fur baby lots of attention and 1 on 1 time which made me feel comfortable to leave her there. Overall, I will be back and recommend!

It was our first time visiting Lucky Paws and we will definitely be returning! Hallie was super friendly and patient with me and all my questions.
