She has always taken the best care of my fur babies. They come out looking amazing. I’m so grateful to have someone that cares about what they are doing.

Lucia’s is just the best. The girls always do a fantastic job with our golden doodle, Bentley. They are super flexible with scheduling and are always very friendly. Fair prices too! Would recommend Lucia’s to anyone in the Fort Myers area!!

Not a good experience. My dog came out with a pretty bad cut to her ear and I was not told of it when I picked her up. I noticed it once home and made a call back to the owner where the excuse was that she was brushing my dogs ear and it was matted and that she put peroxide on it and some medicine.

I absolutely love the way my babies came out. They are also very happy when they saw me and in the past Benny has been very anxious and non responsive at other groomers. Since moving to fort myers it was hard to get a good groomer and finally found the best groomer in fort myers. I’ve tried many and by far this is my favorite. Thank you guys for everything!!! ❤️

I took my 2 dogs here around August and never got around to reviewing but - although she was able to accommodate me into their schedule quickly like I asked, one of my dogs left with a cut under her eye while the other one granted was just fine. I didn’t notice until I got home - I should’ve paid attention to the 2 other reviews which also said they got cuts too, but I paid more attention to the positive ones.
