Luba`s Pet Studio

We have been taking our dog to Luba’s for the past seven years and always had a great experience — until recently. Unfortunately, our last two visits have been extremely disappointing. Our golden doodle was shaved so closely that she came home bleeding and with severe skin irritation. This happened even after we reiterated (and they have in their system) exactly how she’s supposed to be groomed — the same way they’ve done it for seven years. Instead, she was cut like a poodle, which is not her breed, and it completely ruined her appearance. To make matters worse, she came home with fleas on both of these visits. We now have to pay additional costs for flea removal and to clean our couch, which is now stained from the bleeding. We paid $140 for this grooming, and the quality and care hav

What can I say about this place? Awesome, friendly, 5 star service, affordable….and many more. Great friendly staff, they REALLY care for your pet children. From grooming to Pet day care. Running late for an appointment, just call, they understand. Grooming? …what you want, how you want, DONE! Owner and staff are always friendly and caring for your needs. Please!!! Give them a call and find out, you won’t be disappointed EVER.

If I could give 10 Stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This was the first time I brought my dogs here to this particular location. Let me just say this, “They exceeded my expectations”. The groomer was very sweet and she was very professional. I also saw after walking into the business for the first time that this place was very clean and organized too. Again, they exceeded my expectations on so many levels and I pre-booked their appointments with the same groomer again. Thank you guys very much for taking such good care of my babies today. Their fur do’s are so adorable and my sweet angels are so happy and I know they feel much better and they also look better too. Thank you again!

We took our 80lb male dog for a walk-in nail trim. We could watch through a thinly curtained window in the reception area. He was chained on the platform, fine, close to another dog also chained on the platform receiving service. Then an off-leash, large white haired dog started free roaming in the same room as our dog. There were 2-3 staff in and out of the room either petting or ignoring the off leash dog while a tech was doing ours nails. We were appalled. An off leash dog is allowed to approach ours while he’s restrained and having a service done? That is such a HUGE no-no for anyone who has the slightest bit of training in dog behavior or safety. I brought my 7 month Goldendoodle here for the first time yesterday. I personally like a fluffy/shaggy pup so my goal was to only give her a light trim/shape. They ended up cutting more length than discussed and it took me a bit to get used to it because she looks so skinny 🙈 but it was a quality good and she will benefit from this cooler summer cut. The staff was also very caring. You can tell they TRULY love dogs. Another thing I loved - I dropped her off before work when they opened at 7:30am... they called me to tell me they were done at 2pm and gave me the choice of kennel + potty breaks for $5 or let her run free in doggie daycare for $15.
