I cannot Thank the staff enough for the thoughtfulness and caring nature that was taken in this unforeseen circumstance. In December 2023 we lost a family member and and his best fur friend. The staff really went out of their way to make the situation as easy as possible in this dual loss situation for the family, including rushing the cremation for Scooter to rest in the casket with his selected human. Thank you SO SO Much! The card sent in the mail with staff signatures was so unexpected and appreciated by the family. If you need last min service for your fur babies, the staff here is first class. Thank you also for not price gouging and handling clients with care.
