I lost a friend of 14 years, and the staff here were incredibly kind and understanding. I was out of my mind with grief, a complete mess, and they saw me on one of my worst days. Even though I wasn't a customer, had never been there before, and had only showed up because I'd tried to rush my good girl to the nearest help. But she passed before I even got there, and basically showed up with a dead cat. Despite this, the staff let me see her and say goodbye with her wrapped in a blanket and in a soft bed. They gave her dignity. They offered a pawprint memorial for her, and sent me a card. Better end of life care and consideration then some people get. I was to express my deep gratitude for their compassion. Nothing would have made that day worse than cold or indifferent people. Vets see some

I had to put my 16 1/2yr old cat down on 4/25/25. The staff here was amazing and very caring throughout the entire process from the initial phone call, to the visit, procedure, follow up and the picking up of her ashes and memorial paw print. As a long time owner of pets, this has by far been the most incredible and kind experience I have ever had! Every single staff member was genuinely empathetic to my daughter and I both in person and over the phone on all occasions. The vet Alex talked to us in a very sincere manner asking questions about her life while administering the euthanasia drugs, making our cat JazZ’s transition not as hard as it had been with past experiences going through this. Definitely recommend this hospital if you cant get into your regular vet and need quicker attention. Dr. Pauls, the technician and the receptionist the front desk were all so amazing to work and obviously cared for my cats comfort the second I walked in. They took their time to really make sure I understood everything and set me up with a safe plan for my cat to recover. I really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my cat and I felt safe and comfortable with the entire process. Major green flag the vet sat on the floor right away and clearly owns her own cats. This is a great hospital for kitty care. Hope to never use them again but definitely would and highly recommend them

Hands down the best vets in the area. If you're looking for compassion, kindness, knowledge and respect this is the place. We've been seeing these Drs for years, with several different pets and they have always gone above and beyond. Cheap? No. Worth every penny? Yes.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. We were fully prepared to put our 4 year old tabby cat down tonight as we couldn't afford an 11,000 surgery from another practice to fix an intestinal blockage. Dr. Jensen was able to work with us and offer us a lower price and ended up saving our cat's life today. If it wasn't for Dr. Jensen, our night tonight would have been filled with miserable mourning, but instead, I get to be with my healed cat while he sleeps and purrs comfortably in my arms. Dr. Jensen was compassionate toward our cat, our family, and our financial situation. He worked with confidence, urgency, and compassion as he guided us through options for our cat. We owe this place a lot. Would highly recommend.
