Lola's Landing Animal Rescue

Lola's landing operator Donna is very unprofessional. I called regarding adoption paperwork I put in over a week ago and she didn't have answer, she called back as if i was bothering her. If you know you work for an adoption agency and have your number put in public as a business owner you would be friendlier. I asked about the kitten I wanted to adopt and this was her response "well cowboy and his brother were adopted together so yea" and then laughed. At that point I was irritated and did lash out on her because why are laughing and being passive aggressive with me. I will say do not deal with them if this is the customer service and if this is how they do business. STAY AWAY.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this adoption agency, understaffed or the ones running it don’t know how to communicate to potential adopters. I summited an application for a kitten I seen and met with at petsmart. After a week goes by I still don’t hear anything back they hadn’t contacted my landlord. I try giving them a call a couple times they never answered so I left a voicemail and still nothing. I’m grateful in a way I was able to find the perfect little kitten through another rescue. It worked out but I want to warn others that this is something they are known for apparently so don’t expect professionalism, basic common courtesy even if you don’t approve of an applicant or an animal is not available at least notify the applicant so they’re not waiting around.
