Yesterday, Shadow was experiencing serious issues with his rear legs, which caused me great concern, especially knowing how common hip dysplasia can be in German Shepherds. I LOVE this place! They genuinely care about your fur baby and are informative. They explain procedures in detail and keep you informed throughout every step of the process. Every member of the personnel in this establishment are kind and helpful. They provide loving care to ALL creatures, big and small. I am so glad I was referred here and will continue to tell everyone to bring their babies here. There truly are no words to express the phenomenal caliber of care they provide. Call them! You'll be honored to be a part of their family!

This is hard because we brought our dog for end-of-life care. We and our beloved dog were treated with kindness, sympathy, and gentleness. Addison, a tech, was especially sweet and thoughtful. Highly recommend this clinic. The doctor was also gentle and kind. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

We have been proud clients here since we started going in 2018/2019. I recommend them to all of my friends, family, and even my own clients who are pet owners. We used to live 5 minutes away, but I now happily drive 35 minutes, and it's still affordable after years of going 💗 Kendra, who works the front desk is so kind, patient, and happy to see us every time. If I have to cancel because of a sick kid, the staff understands 100%. Dr. Keys + Dr. Meadows are the best team, and so stinking sweet. We have four indoor cats, one 15 year old Bichon-Yorkie doggie, and a 1 year old Golden Retriever. All animals have received top tier care and frequent follow ups if they have fallen ill. Giving two stars because the lady was very friendly. All creatures does not mean all services ,I guess. They do not euthanize pet rats. Or don't provide that service. Very frustrating. All the vets I called cared about, was money. Heaven forbid they help a dying animal out of the kindness of their heart or at cost in an emergency. Hope my next experience is better.😥
