Very disappointed by our first experience. We have had this appointment scheduled for two weeks, and get a phone call 2 1/2 hours into our dog being there saying the groomer has the flu and that she was unable to complete our dogs haircut and could only trim around our dogs eyes (which is understandable). For our dog to get a bath and her eyes trimmed we were still charged $75 and did not even get the hair cut we had made the appointment for originally. If the groomer was not feeling well the appointment could have easily been rescheduled or I would expect the price to be reconsidered for what was completed and us taking the time to take her there for almost no reason. Will not be taking our dog back here.

My poor puppy hasn't had a bath in 2 years (don't judge). She was BEAUTIFUL when I picked her up. I'll be going again, before 2 years.
