My pet family was attending The clinic from the long-term vet that was here prior When Jennifer first took over. Dr. W was great but,there was a notable rise in the feeling that my Pet-family was her pet family. You may say that Was an eager salesman ready to make her mark. I would disagree as it’s been my experience that what I cared about and was important to me and my family has always from then until now has been what was important to her. Sometimes in Life things can seem cold and rushed, but I feel her staff always has the underlying that Jennifer, Start to finish, exudes. Your pain is their pain as much as your joy is their joy. Everyone of us love living Springs.

Living Springs made one of the hardest moments of our lives so much more peaceful. Saying goodbye to our baby boy Milo was incredibly difficult, but the kindness, compassion, and comfort shown and felt by the entire staff made the transition as gentle as it could possibly be. They treated Milo with so much love and dignity, and they supported us every step of the way. The staff is truly amazing, patient, and caring, and we are forever grateful for how they helped us through this emotional time. We would highly recommend Living Springs for any and all veterinary services — they genuinely care, and it shows!

Living springs is about an hour away from my family and I. It’s so worth it! I love animals and have always had at least 2-3 pups at a time. They have always greeted us with a huge smile and remembers everyone’s names no matter how much time has passed. They’re very loving with each and every one of them. They’ve Always been accommodating with my schedule or any needs when it comes to my 4 legged kids. I honestly cannot say enough great things about them.. I’m grateful to have found them. The only bad thing is I wish they were closer! The best place ever!

First appointment for Misty as a kitten, Living Springs has a great staff, very knowledgeable and caring interested in the needs of your pet. Very happy to join their Veterinarian family.

Brought in my cat as he was not able to use the restroom for a period of time. Dr Bigbee took great care of him and was able to see him the same day to ensure he was healthy and happy. Everything was resolved that day, and the clinic followed up the next day to check in on him. The staff made myself and my fur baby very comfortable and took their time to answer any questions and provide the best information they could.
