Livewell Animal Hospital of RiNo

Today was my first experience with Livewell and I will definitely back! My first experience was with their lovely receptionist who understood my bad experience with a previous vet and ensured she could handle getting my pets previous record for me, and she was extremely helpful with providing information regarding pricing. That one simple phone call was enough to tell me they care. Our tech Olga immediately made sure to make my anxious girl comfortable (and my pup took a treat from her before she did me lol) and was so patient with all of my questions as well. Dr Kramer was just as wonderful and patient as the rest of the staff. He made sure to go over all of my concerns with me and was able to give me confidence in caring for my girl! I’m a first time kitten mom and adopted these babies from a shelter. The team at Livewell was so gentle with them and everyone was incredibly nice and professional! I had all my questions answered and the furballs were very comfortable. I got a complimentary tea and the kittens had a beautiful portrait of them waiting in the room. I was thoroughly impressed and at ease knowing they were getting the care they needed! Thanks friends! 🐾

Livewell RiNo is an amazing choice if you are looking for a location to bring your puppy for vaccinations and neutering/spaying. The staff is always extremely nice and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. It felt like every time I took my puppy in, they made it a goal to give better and better service. I could not recommend this location enough!

I started taking my dog here over the summer and wanted to wait until I’d visit a couple times to write a review. We take her fairly often for cytopoint shots since she has bad skin allergies. Every time we come in everyone is so friendly, my dog is always happy to see everyone (when can you say your dog is happy to go to the vet?), and Dr Kramer is super knowledgeable and listens to concerns genuinely, and they have great referral deals. And as a bonus, sometimes they draw a really cute picture of your pet on a welcome sign for your appointment!

I’ve lived in Denver for nine years, and it’s truly been so hard to find a reliable, caring vet. We came across Livewell in a very unique way, we rescued a cat from the street, took him in, and had him neutered. We wanted to get him tested and vaccinated as well and needed a vet that was reasonably priced & who could take us in quickly as we needed to find him a home ASAP. After calling around, Livewell was the best option. We had such a wonderful experience with them it was truly memorable! Fast forward a few months later, our cat suddenly passed a blood clot. She became paralyzed and was screaming in pain. In the middle of all the chaos and fear, we immediately thought of Livewell. We rushed there, ran inside, and they took us in right away.
